How Does OneView Practice™ Work?
OneView Practice™ links directly to your web-site so that your clients can
login using a "Client Login" link. It carries your brand name so that clients see
your firm's name throughout the application.
OneView Practice™ offers secure lockboxes for every client and project, so
that documents, notes, messages, invoices, among others, remain secure at one location,
and are readily available to your clients and staff, anytime or from anywhere.
Templates of checklists, reminder schedules, documents, etc. may be applied in one
click to multiple clients, so that you as well as your clients can get organized
in minutes. For example, you could setup say, 50 clients for Individual Tax projects
with the same checklist, reminder schedule, a message board, and a calendar with
simply a button click. Each client's lockbox will now feature a project containing
the checklist, the calendars, etc. Whenever a client sends information, your staff
will be notified automatically by email. Once done, you may rollover the project
for the next period.
Clients may access their lockboxes from anywhere, and at anytime, increasing your
service availability beyond normal work hours, beyond the lifecycle of a project,
and beyond your local geography. Likewise, staff members who are on the road, or
on-site, and want to continue to be productive and in touch with clients as well
as the firm, may do so securely and safely, without having to carry sensitive information
with them.
