Secure Messaging

Secure Messaging allows you and your clients to exchange messages from within the portal. Messages cannot get mixed with "spam" or other email. Key benefits:

File Lockboxes

OneView Practice offers a secure file lockbox for each project. Clients can access or upload their documents in a secure manner. Project Calendar

The Project Calendar will help your clients view all the important dates for a project from one location. You may combine this calendar with other calendars such as Holiday Calendar, Tax Calendar etc. to minimize data entry and to include commonly used dates. Key benefits:

Checklists

Checklists are lists of items that you require from your clients for a certain projet. These could be source documents, information, etc. You may create your own or reuse checklists from a pre-defined template. For example, if you just acquired a new business client, you would typicaly ask the client to submit the articles of incorporation, the previous three years' tax returns, etc. You may thus create a checklist sso that your client can easily and systematically organize information for you. Only you will be able to mark which item is complete and which is not, thus avoiding confusion and mis-communication with clients. Key benefits:

Reminders

OneView Practice allows you to send your client reminders on a per-project basis. For example, if a project spans over several months, you may periodically send reminders to let the client know of upcoming deadlines. You may also create a set of reminders to function as a template, making this reminder-set reusable. For instance, you may setup reminders for all your 1040 clients to be reminded of their upcoming deadlines. The reminder template may be reused in this case so that you do not have to do data entry for each client. Key benefits:

Project Message Board

The portal allows clients to conveniently check their refund status when logged in. There is not need for your clients to now remember the IRS or state web-links for determining the refund status. Key benefits:
